We allow memberships for minors under the following conditions:

  • Ages 13–15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
  • Ages 16–17 may attend alone
  • All minors require parent or guardian permission to obtain a membership

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, including:

  • Restricting staff access to member data
  • Password-protected systems
  • Secure third-party software providers

However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

These requests must be made in person at a House of Gainz location.

Membership cancellation requests must be submitted via email, in accordance with membership agreement terms.

Security camera footage may be stored for a limited time unless needed for safety or legal reasons.
